Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Marketing & Content Coordinator (~10 hours/ week) to own and execute our weekly content across Instagram and email. This is a great role for someone early in their career who has a strong eye for content, enjoys storytelling, and is excited to build experience in a fast-paced, creative and food-driven environment.

The schedule can be flexible, though it will require regular in-store time to capture content and stay connected to the life of the shop. If results are promising, there would be an opportunity to grow the scope of the role (e.g. website content management, TikTok).

Responsibilities include:

• Social Media Marketing : Plan and create content for Instagram (posts, reels, stories), respecting Nouvelle Maison’s brand guide, voice and visual style
• Email Marketing : Write and send weekly email newsletter, featuring in-store events and seasonal features
• Photography & Videos : Capture in-store moments, products, and events in a way that feels natural and engaging
• Event Promotion : Help promote in-store events, tastings and seasonal moments in a way that drives engagement and attendance
• Content Ideas : Bring ideas for creating relevant content (not just product promotion!)

Skills Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing or a related field
• Comfortable taking / editing photos and simple video
• Strong visual eye and writing skills
• Interested in food, wine and hospitality and eager to learn about these industries
• Organized and able to manage a weekly content rhythm
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $20–24/hour , based on experience, with opportunity for a monthly performance-based bonus. For the right candidate, there is room for growth in both scope and compensation.
