We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team of a polished, seafood-forward restaurant known for its lively dining room and scratch-made menu. What You’ll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations
• Hire, train, schedule, and motivate a talented FOH team
• Lead by example on the floor to ensure top-tier guest experiences
• Collaborate with BOH leaders to keep service smooth and consistent
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace for staff and guests

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, full-service dining
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor and inspire hospitality-driven teams
• Bar program knowledge or inventory management experience a plus
• A professional, approachable, and guest-first mindset
