At Sanofi, we are seeking a highly motivated new team member to join the Type 2 Immunity and Fibrosis Cluster of the Immunology & Inflammation Therapeutic Area located in Cambridge, MA. You will become part of our discovery and project progression efforts in the preclinical research space. This position will support mechanistic biology activities and learn in vitro and in vivo immunology skills.

Main Responsibilities:
Working closely with scientists, carry-out experimental studies (immunology, cell biology, ex vivo assays, in vivo pharmacological and molecular biology) for the advancement of therapeutic enabling/validation programs.
Plan studies to generate, process and present high-quality data to supervisor /immediate working group/program team. Provide documentation of studies according to Quality SOPs.
May be asked to assume other Department responsibilities (e.g. Safety, Quality, Social Committee).

About You
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2028
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship
Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interest in gaining laboratory experience in cellular immunology (tissue culture, primary immune cell purification and assays using flow cytometry, ELISA and cytokine multiplex assay systems) and some experiences in vivo pharmacology (small animal handling and manipulation and administration of experimental compounds through intravenous).
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Strong record keeping and documentation to comply with Sanofi quality SOPs,
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Able to work productively in a team environment and adapt to changing project priorities and timelines with willingness to learn new techniques.
Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a strong work ethic
Motivated to excel in both individual and team environments and to bring a personality to our team environment.

The salary range for this position is $29-$35 hourly. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through LINK.
