We’re hiring a Lead CSR to keep operations running smoothly, support the team, and ensure customers receive top-tier service.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of CSRs (Scheduling, Billing, Sales Support).
- Handle escalated customer issues with confidence.
- Keep schedules, tickets, and workflows organized and on track.
- Monitor team performance, call volume, and task completion.
- Jump in during high-volume periods to support the team.
- Coach, support, and hold team members accountable.
What You Bring:
- Leadership experience in customer service or operations.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Problem-solver mindset—you take action.
- CRM or scheduling system experience is a plus.
