We are seeking a highly motivated Product Portfolio Manager to serve as a critical bridge between the Clinical AI team and the functional teams responsible for delivering both Ambulatory and Acute EHR experiences. As the AI advocate, you will work closely with the EHR team to jointly formulate strategy and roadmap, ensuring that planning and execution are aligned and that dependencies are effectively managed. In this role, you will provide leadership and foster cross-functional alignment across multiple AI agent initiatives, driving successful integration of advanced AI capabilities into the EHR portfolio and delivering meaningful clinical impact.
Your Qualifications:

7+ years of professional experience in product management, with at least 2 years managing a portfolio of products or large, complex product areas

2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML products, ideally spanning multiple project lines or industries

Familiarity with large datasets, analytics, portfolio health metrics, and user engagement benchmarks

Experience in clinical workflows and regulated healthcare environments is preferred

Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements within healthcare settings is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and agent-based solutions

Demonstrated success leading multiple product launches and coordinating market adoption across a portfolio

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Your Responsibilities:

Portfolio Vision & Strategy: Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the Clinical AI Agent portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities. Define portfolio-level roadmaps and inter-product synergies to deliver transformative impact.

AI & Emerging Tech Integration: Guide exploration and adoption of innovative AI technologies across the portfolio. Evaluate emerging trends and ensure consistent application to elevate clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and efficiency.

Opportunity Assessment & Prioritization: Partner with clinicians, researchers, and internal teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value opportunities across multiple products and initiatives.

Portfolio Planning & Coordination: Lead portfolio planning and sequencing of initiatives, balancing resources and timelines to achieve strategic objectives and maximize portfolio value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between data science, engineering, UX, and product teams across products to share best practices, leverage reusable assets, and ensure a cohesive user experience.

Data Strategy Leadership: Define gold-standard data strategies at the portfolio level to support robust training and validation of all agent models, overseeing data acquisition and annotation quality across products.

Model Development Oversight: Guide standards and oversight for model development, tuning, and evaluation across relevant agent lines, ensuring alignment with clinical, compliance, and performance benchmarks.

Validation, Safety, & Compliance: Develop portfolio-wide validation protocols and risk management processes to ensure each product meets healthcare standards for safety, privacy, transparency, and reliability.

Readiness & Launch Coordination: Oversee integrated readiness, release planning, and customer enablement strategies to support successful launches and adoption for all portfolio components.

Customer Partnerships & Feedback Loops: Build relationships with lead customers and partners across the product suite, cultivating design partnerships and systematic feedback to inform continuous portfolio improvement.

Responsibilities
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
