Acushnet Company, home of the Titleist brand, is hiring Distribution Associates to support our golf ball operations in Lakeville, MA .
Location: Lakeville, MA
Shifts & Pay
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $20.15/hr
- Part‑Time: 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, and a day of your choice), 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $19.38/hr
As a Distribution Associate, you’ll help ensure our products are delivered to golfers around the world. Your work will include:
- Handling materials for receiving, replenishing, picking, and shipping
- Supporting various tasks based on daily priorities
- Unloading inbound cartons and preparing them for storage
- Replenishing picking locations at pallet, case, and unit levels
- Picking customer orders (case and unit level)
- Loading cartons or pallets onto outbound trailers
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-10‑hour shift
- Dependable work ethic with strong attendance habits
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and company policies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
