Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP license for practice
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging therapy plans tailored to individual student goals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine student needs in speech, language, and communication
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide guidance, resources, and support for school staff regarding communication disorders and best practices
