Individual must be reliable, detail oriented, able to carry out written/verbal instructions and have good math and communication skills. Individual must be able to stand for 8 hours, is comfortable working with their hands, is teachable and eager to learn new skills.

It is preferred that the individual is able to read and interpret prints, read micrometers, verniers and have basic computer skills, but not required.

Applicant should have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements: While performing duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand for an extended amount of time, walk and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
