Document Coordinator- India
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Document Coordinator to join our team. This position manages the full lifecycle of controlled documentation across diverse projects and teams. Through effective coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and data oversight, the Document Coordinator drives streamlined, compliant workflows that align with organizational goals.
Compensation:
$8/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Proficient in dashboard management and visualization tools for tracking progress.

Knowledge of Change Order (CO) creation, monitoring, and prioritization.

Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Capable of supporting multiple projects and aligning deliverables with QMS and business standards.
