Product Manager, Wayfair Fulfillment and Delivery Network
Who We Are [Wayfair Fulfillment & Delivery Network]
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join the Wayfair Fulfillment and Delivery Network (WFDN) 4Walls team. The WFDN 4Walls team is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders through Wayfair’s Delivery Network. This role will help enable key growth drivers and technology improvements in Wayfair’s transportation network that will further enhance Wayfair’s customer delivery experience by unlocking new service offerings while optimizing supply chain costs and improving internal transportation users’ experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing easy-to-use, relevant, and insightful customer experiences along with the underlying technical platform across geos and channels.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of Wayfair customers, the internal users and the key metrics, financials and business outcomes that drive Wayfair’s Supply Chain.
- Partner with Business and Operations stakeholders to prioritize and develop impactful solutions that drive key business value.
- Use Agile processes to collaborate with partnering teams (engineers, experience designers, analytics) to execute your prioritized roadmap.
- Communicate and promote the product vision and progress throughout Wayfair including senior leaders.
- Develop and monitor OKRs for key product initiatives and ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years building online products at scale, preferably with Supply Chain domain expertise
- Demonstrated success in creating products that drive business impact.
- Customer empathy driving a focus on customer problems and solutions
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
- Strong ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment while utilizing good mechanisms for planning and execution
- Sufficient technical literacy to effectively communicate with engineering. Technical degree is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the senior partner level.
- Positive, people-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Boston, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
