Employee Relations Partner
Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Partner to support leaders and employees across a complex, fast-paced environment. This is a contract position expected to continue for at least 3 months requiring a hybrid schedule with at least some time on-site in Belmont, MA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct confidential workplace investigations, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct
- Consult with leaders on performance management, corrective action, and employment decisions
- Manage ADA, religious, and pregnancy accommodation requests
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation, employee relations issues, and conflict resolution
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Employee & Labor Relations, and Legal on complex matters
- Utilize HR case management systems (HR Acuity, Workday) to document and analyze cases and trends
Job Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of Employee Relations experience, healthcare industry and union experience preferred
- Experience leading workplace investigations
- Strong consultation experience supporting managers with corrective action and performance improvement
- Experience managing ADA and religious accommodations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and judgment skills
