What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering personalized responses to all prospective family inquiries within our 4-hour guarantee
• Crafting and conducting immersive campus tours and events that demonstrate our accelerated learning model in action
• Orchestrating the complete admissions journey: application processing, shadow day experiences, decision communications, and seamless onboarding
• Maintaining impeccable HubSpot and SIS records to support data-driven weekly analysis and reporting
• Continuously refining admissions materials, FAQs, and procedures based on market insights and implementing conversion optimization strategies

Head Of Admissions Key Responsibilities

Create and perfect an admissions journey that transforms qualified prospects into enrolled families while ensuring every interaction exemplifies the efficiency, transparency, and academic excellence that defines 2 Hour Learning.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated 5+ year track record managing comprehensive admissions processes at a selective, fee-based academic institution
• Verifiable success in competitive enrollment management from initial contact through final acceptance
• Polished communication style and professional presence when engaging with affluent clientele
• Superior verbal, written, and presentational communication abilities
• Exemplary organizational capabilities: demonstrated CRM expertise (particularly HubSpot), efficient scheduling practices, and meticulous detail management
• Current residence in or willingness to relocate to either Scottsdale, AZ or San Francisco, CA
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Professional history in admissions for prestigious private schools or top-tier universities
• Proven ability to design and execute events that influence significant family educational decisions
• Aptitude for analyzing conversion data, performance metrics, and creating insightful reports
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in education or competency-based learning frameworks

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
