BENEFITS
- Base hourly rate plus performance-based compensation
- Year-round exterior and interior kitchen cabinet painting work
- Travel time paid at 75% hourly rate from the meet-up point for distant jobs
- Uniforms and Spray-net gear provided
- Paid Birthday Leave
Full-time and part-time positions available starting: July 13th 2026
Daytime, evening and weekend availability required
Hourly rate: $24-$32/hour
Service Area: 1 hour from Roslindale, MA
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Spray application painting using specialized equipment
- Ensure surfaces properly prepared for paint
- Taping, sanding, minor repairs as needed
- Make sure equipment stays in top shape
- Make sure job site and trucks look professional
- Learn the Spray-Net way
- Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)
- Language: English
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- 2+ years in painting industry
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to lift and move a ladder
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- Independent & self-motivated
- Organized
- Enjoy making customers happy
