An opening is available for an Overnight Pharmacist to work a unique 7 on/7 off schedule at a long-term care facility operating as a closed-door pharmacy. This role requires a highly efficient pharmacist comfortable managing a high-volume workload during overnight hours.
Location:
- Foxborough, Massachusetts
Schedule:
- Overnight Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 7 days on, 7 days off
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial medication reviews using the Frameworks software platform (training provided)
- Conduct final medication checks and ensure accuracy of dispensing
- Supervise and oversee pharmacy technicians throughout the shift
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Active, clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
- Pharmacy experience, with a focus on accuracy and speed in a high-volume setting (~600 prescriptions per day)
- Willingness to adapt and learn new software systems
- Open to recent pharmacy graduates eager to gain practical experience
