Responsibilities

• Provide snow and ice management services at assigned commercial properties throughout the winter season
• Operate your own snow removal equipment or use equipment provided by JC Grounds Management
• Maintain clear and timely communication with your designated JC Grounds Management point of contact
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on site
• Submit invoices easily through our online portal for prompt payment
• Collaborate with JC Grounds Management, who will handle all customer interactions and monitor weather conditions

Qualifications

• Ownership of snow removal equipment (such as plows or snow pushers) is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work extended hours during snow events, typically exceeding 100 hours per season based on average snowfall
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work outdoors in winter weather conditions
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
