CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Showing initiative and exercising judgement, youll design, develop, analyze, troubleshoot and provide technical skills during research and/or product development, analyze effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources and design systems, software and equipment layout. Participating on the engineering work team, youll develop, implement, install, test, modify and/or operate complex equipment and systems as well as support other team members concerning experiment design, materials, equipment setup/maintenance and related issues.What youll experience:

What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelors of Science or Technology degree, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree
- Financial Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze cost data, budgets, and financial reports to identify trends and improve cost efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in tracking expenses, allocating costs, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- EVMS Expertise: Proficiency in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to track project performance, measure progress, and forecast costs effectively.
- Proficient in Excel: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, using formulas, macros, and data visualization to manage and analyze cost data efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams like finance, engineering, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for assigned projects, overseeing the financial performance and ensuring alignment with project goals
- Develop and manage control account plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support project decision-making
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Monitor project financial performance, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions to stay within budget and schedule constraints
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure financial alignment and support project execution
- Assist in the preparation of financial and risk management presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and government contracting regulations
