- Work a flexible schedule that varies from day to day (weather dictates schedule) (Monday-Friday & Saturdays)
- Move, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Start and operate small engines (some mechanical aptitude)
- Read labels, training materials and written guidelines.
- Use basic math skills
- Utilize cell phone, tablet, navigation, and pest control software (computer aptitude)
- Work independently and manage time
- Problem solve
- Must have Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License - Set-up and break-down company vehicle for service daily - Communicate with customers- review possible concerns; recognize & offer customized solutions to fit customer needs - Communicate with management- issues, questions, concerns & start and end of day briefings Be able to safely:
- Drive to and between customer properties in company vehicle - Measure and prepare products in preparation for application - Apply organic & standard insecticides to property perimeters, lawns & structures - Diagnose and address possible areas of concern on customer properties - Log each application and outcomes. - Identify opportunities to sell services to neighbors (door hanging in service area) Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Lynn, MA - Mass Pesticide Applicator License - Valid MA driver's license - Clean driving record - Strong written and oral communication skills - Comfortable with exposure to: Nature (insects, animals, etc. great if you love the outdoors!); Noise, dust, pollen, pesticides, oil, gas Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00+ per hour Benefits:

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
