- Minimum 1-2+ years experience in the veterinary industry but willing to train the right candidate
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with the ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including electronic medical record keeping
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy with financial transactions
- Ability to handle emotional situations with compassion and patience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Managing doctor and technician appointment schedules
- Making appointments, follow-ups, etc.
- Fostering open communication with our referring veterinary community including sending and obtaining medical records
- Answering phone calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Diligent Medical Record documentation
- Maintaining a clean, comfortable space for pets and clients
- Processing of multiple payment modalities
- Work happiness balanced with your personal life
