Your Role

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide individual psychotherapy
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in line with professional standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment committed to quality and compassion

What You Bring

• Active Massachusetts licensure as LICSW or LMHC (required)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience providing therapy or assessments
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a care team
