Veterinarian

We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian to lead a veterinary hospital in the Boston area. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a motivated veterinarian who is passionate about delivering exceptional care while mentoring and supporting a growing clinical team.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with fellow veterinarians, hospital leadership, and support staff to maintain high medical standards and create a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

• Perform examinations, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and provide medical and surgical treatment for companion animals, primarily dogs and cats
• Deliver high-quality preventive, medical, dental, and surgical care
• Collaborate with referring veterinarians and internal clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
• Support hospital operations alongside the Regional Operations Manager and Hospital Manager
• Mentor and help develop veterinary and support staff in a collaborative team environment
• Participate in continuing education, training, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of patient care
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting
• Eligible to obtain a Boston Veterinary License
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care
