Receptionist (Temporary) Worcester

Description and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, has great attention to detail, can work autonomously, keeps detailed notes and records. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and have good critical thinking skills. They also exhibit Open Sky's commitment to racial equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion in the work they perform. - Perform general office duties which include filing, copying, operating the computer, maintaining accurate and timely records/files.
- Triage calls/ visitors needs and link to agency resources
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- ensure accurate and timely communication of pertinent information.
- Provide front desk customer service as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual a plus , not necessary.
Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and knowledge of multi-phone line systems, Computer skills, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Employee must have a High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise and maintain confidentiality are required.
