Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings.
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Ability to manage productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30, Monday through Friday.
• Schedule Expectations: Clinic is open to 4x10 schedules; candidate must be open to working two evenings per week until 19:30.
• Full-time hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed per client contract).
• Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Must include client screening questions with submissions.
