Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Ability to manage productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30, Monday through Friday.
- Schedule Expectations: Clinic is open to 4x10 schedules; candidate must be open to working two evenings per week until 19:30.
- Full-time hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed per client contract).
- Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Must include client screening questions with submissions.
