CPI Radant Technologies Division Inc, in Hudson, Massachusetts, has a need for an entry-level manufacturing technician. We design and build composite structures for aircraft, defense, and space and would love you to join our team!
Who We Are: CPI Radant Technologies Division Inc, is a division of CPI. They are located in Hudson, Massachusetts. We serve the aerospace, defense, naval, and commercial industries by designing, manufacturing, testing and supporting advanced composite radomes, reflectors and structural composite products.
What We Do: Radomes are special “domes” made of composite materials that protect antennas and radar systems from the environment while allowing electromagnetic signals to pass. CPI Radant produces these for critical applications, meaning:
- They enable secure communications and radar/electronic-warfare capabilities for military and commercial aerospace platforms.
- Their manufacturing includes large apertures and high‐frequency performance.
- Their advances in composite manufacturing and large structures feed into modern aircraft, satellites, naval vessels, etc.
Duties :
- Mold and material preparation for layups of composite structures
- Composite layup and tooling, using composite materials
- Basic mechanical assembly, use of hand tools and hand measuring equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Composite experience preferred.
- Must be US Citizen (ITAR and DoD program requirements).
- Work schedule is five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm
- Hourly rate: $24.00 per hour.
This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). aThe successful candidate must be a "U.S. Person as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful perma nent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
