Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist with a Massachusetts license is needed to provide specialized therapy services at an elementary school in Fitchburg, MA. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment, supporting students from elementary through middle school.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 45 to 50 students, delivering individualized speech and language therapy, and collaborating with educators and families to support student communication needs. The role requires a commitment of 35 to 40 hours per week throughout the school year (CSY).

Key Qualifications:

• Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License is mandatory
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
• Eligible or completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with teachers, parents, and support teams
