Fagone is a fast-growing, family-run plumbing, heating, and HVAC company serving the North Shore of Massachusetts. We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator / Assistant to help manage day-to-day marketing operations, digital advertising, and creative content for our expanding business.

Responsibilities

• Help us grow the business by building brand awareness and generating customer calls.
• Become a market expert: understand customer needs and build brand strategies that communicate a compelling message to drive our vision.
• Ensure all marketing activities feel local and personal.
• Manage Google Ads: build, monitor, and optimize campaigns (Search, Local, and Performance Max); report weekly on performance and lead quality.
• Social media & website updates: create posts, monitor engagement, and coordinate updates and optimize SEO.
• Analytics & tracking: maintain dashboards in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), CallRail, and Jobber; track marketing source data and conversion performance.
• CRM coordination: organize and tag leads, build reports, and help connect marketing data to Jobber for accurate attribution.
• Content creation: assist with photography, short-form video, and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, & etc.).
• Community & events: help with sponsorships, local partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
• Brand consistency: ensure all creative and messaging align with company standards and tone.
• Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in home services, trades, or construction industries.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
• Understanding of marketing principles, including digital channels like paid search, SEO, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), call tracking, and performance reporting.
• Experience with CRM software — bonus for Jobber.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, & etc.).
• Familiarity with AI platforms is a plus.
• Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graphic design and social media editing skills (and email as needed) are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to contribute to a growing local business.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Marblehead, MA.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Casual, collaborative office environment.
• Occasional local events or community appearances may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $22–$26/hour, depending on experience and platform proficiency.
