Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School Based, 25–26 School Year and Beyond
Location: Opportunities Across Multiple Districts
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday–Friday, School Hours)
Pay: $24–$30 per hour (based on assignment, experience, and certifications)

Ro Health is hiring dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students for the 2025–2026 school year and beyond. What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), implementing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
- Support students in achieving goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement
- Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed
- Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities
- Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
- Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as an RBT

What You’ll Need:
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain—Ro Health can help!)High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred)
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
