Expert AI/ML Algorithm Developer (Boston)
Job Description:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team of experts focused on bringing the latest advances in machine learning into production. You’ll design, train, and iterate on large neural network models using our proprietary data, run rigorous evaluations, and turn cutting-edge research into measurable improvements. Your work will help identify —and scale—the techniques that deliver the best mix of accuracy, speed, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and validate machine learning models for various applications.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in machine learning and communicate these developments to the rest of the team.
- Implement current advances in ML and best practices by constructing, training and iterating over SOTA NN models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and data collection teams, to direct data collection and ensure quality.
- Conduct data preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis to support model development.
- Document model architecture, processes, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure quality and suitability for model training.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. in computer science with a thesis in fields of AI / ML / Data science and equivalents - a must
- Experience with ML libraries, such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, JAX. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques.
- Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Research experience in ML, ability to discuss and show previous ML projects/publications
- Candidates must have permanent US Work authorization (no visa sponsorship by Q)
- This is a full-time, on-site position in Boston.
