Our client located in Southbridge, MA, is looking for qualified Welders to join their growing team!
Starting Rates: Varies based on position and experience – competitive wages offered!
Welder Job Duties:
Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
Install and repair industrial equipment and components
Read and follow blueprints to meet project specifications
Calculate and verify material measurements
Conduct tests to ensure weld quality and adherence to tolerances
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with OSHA standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Welder Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in welding and manufacturing (MIG/TIG)
Skilled in using welding tools and procedures
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
English speaking required
