What you’ll bring:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional, particularly in school settings
• Ability to assist students with classroom assignments and personalized learning activities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and staff
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for guiding children of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to remain calm and positive when managing challenging behaviors
• General familiarity with special education procedures (a plus, but not required)

Key responsibilities:

• Support students with academic tasks, social skills, and daily classroom routines
• Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one or small group guidance for students needing additional support
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment throughout the school day
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers and relevant staff
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school activities as requested
