Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-TimeLTC Therapy: Blackstone Valley Health & RehabilitationWhitinsville, MA$43–$46/hourLTC Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team at Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care while helping improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.Position Responsibilities:Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and clinical findingsProvide therapy services focused on communication skills, cognitive function, and dysphagia managementCollaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to support resident care plansMonitor resident progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriateComplete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standardsWhy Join LTC Therapy:Collaborative interdisciplinary team including PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionalsOpportunity to work with a diverse resident population in both post-acute and long-term care settingsSupportive leadership and strong clinical resourcesFocus on meaningful outcomes and resident-centered careBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holiday payCEU reimbursementProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesQualifications:Active Speech-Language Pathologist license requiredStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsSkilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredDirect Hire.
