The role! Position: Residential RN Healthcare Coordinator
Location: Wakefield, MA
Pay rate: $68,640 annual salary
Hours: Full-time, 30 hours per week Schedule: This position will typically operate on a Monday – Friday schedule; may be required to work evenings and weekends in emergency healthcare needs; must have flexibility as schedule may vary to meet needs of agency and the Individuals we support Benefits of Working for us!
- Incremental Pay increases based on years of service, pending performance evaluations
- 3 weeks’ vacation, 1 week sick time, and 12 holidays for new full-time employees

- Tuition reimbursement eligibility after 90 days of employment
- Staff training on specific treatment protocols
- Consultation for individual medical needs
- Perform MAP trainings and recertifications
- Perform MAP and medical file audits
- Residential home and hospitalization visits as needed
- Attend administrative meetings and complete related paperwork
- Must have a current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a community health setting; preferably with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Certified MAP Trainer is a plus but training is also available
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check including references, CORI, and fingerprinting.
- A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must
- Valid Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Must pass company background and reference checks
