Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant
GMC Danvers is looking for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant to join their award-winning team.

Pay: $65,000-$100,000
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new leads for commercial and fleet vehicle sales through cold calling, networking, referrals, and territory management
- Engage with business clients to thoroughly understand their commercial vehicle requirements (e.g., payload, towing, upfitting needs) and recommend the appropriate trucks, vans, and fleet solutions
- Maintain expert product knowledge of the commercial lineup, including specs, technology, and financing/upfit options
- Guide commercial clients through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, product demonstration, competitive quoting, financing/leasing options, trade-in valuations, and final contract completion
- Use CRM systems to track leads, manage data, and foster long-term relationships for repeat and referral business
- Strive to meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly sales volume and gross profit objectives
- Coordinate effectively with the Service, Parts, and Finance departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience from sales to delivery and subsequent service
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership sales regulations
Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Prior automotive sales experience strongly preferred; commercial/fleet sales a major plus
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a commission/quota-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; proven ability to close deals
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills
- Strong attention to details and process-oriented work ethic
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Bilingual, a plus
