Production Team Lead

We are looking for an exceptional third shift Production Team Lead who can perform planning and scheduling functions involved with products and materials through various production phases:
- Monitor status of production within work area daily. Organize, schedule, and assign or reassign work to employees within the group. Identify barriers to efficient workflow, and review and reprioritize as needed to ensure production goals are met
- Communicate work requirements and priorities to all employees. Communicate information on MKS policies, procedures and goals to employees in a positive, effective manner
- Maintain high quality levels by instructing employees on proper procedures and ensuring that they are adhered to
- Ensure technical assistance and coaching is provided.
- Maintain accurate records for output, rejected material, scrap, labor hours, timecards, etc. as required
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to direct supervisor/manager on performance and production issues
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:
- 2+ years group leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Able to handle multiple tasks and competing demands in an effective manner
- Highly motivated and able to function in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated initiative to identify and resolve problems
- Able to work third shift hours: 11pm - 7:30am, Monday - Friday
Hourly Pay Range: $26.51 - 44.18 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
