Private Executive Dining Program, Director Signature Venues & Specialty Dining - Boston, Massachusetts
A major private organization in Boston is launching a new collection of signature venues and specialty dining experiences in 2026. This multi-concept program will feature refined spaces that deliver exceptional service, elevated cuisine, and thoughtful guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, and select curated events.
Each outlet will have its own identity while sharing a commitment to excellence, creativity, and hospitality leadership. The Director of Signature Venues & Specialty Dining will shape the vision, set service standards, and lead high-performing teams across all venues. This is a rare opportunity to build an executive hospitality program from the ground up. The Director will define guest experience, partner closely with culinary leadership, develop talent, and oversee operations across multiple spaces supported by state-of-the-art kitchens and flexible service environments. The Director of Signature Venues & Specialty Dining serves as the senior leader for the organization’s most exclusive hospitality spaces. This role oversees specialty dining operations, private meeting rooms, guest services, budgeting, and team leadership.
The Director will lead both the launch and ongoing operation of the new facility. This leader will work closely with internal real estate, events, technology, and culinary teams to deliver a seamless, high-level experience. The Director will shape the guest journey, align front- and back-of-house teams, and uphold elevated standards across all venues. What You’ll Do- Lead operations for all Signature Venues and specialty dining spaces
- Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor partnerships
- Recruit, train, and coach front-of-house professionals
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on service and menu execution
- Ensure exceptional, discreet service for senior executives and guests
- Partner with internal teams to maintain readiness and service excellence
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior leaders
- Strategic mindset with disciplined operational execution
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Solid financial acumen and vendor management experience
- Steady, adaptable presence in a fast-paced environment
- 7+ years in luxury hospitality, executive dining, or corporate event settings
- Successful track record managing high-end meeting centers or private dining programs
- Experience in opening new facilities is highly valued
