Account Manager - High-End Residential Landscape Maintenance

Paragon Landscape Construction , an award-winning landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking an Account Manager to support our high-end residential maintenance division. For over 30 years , we’ve delivered exceptional service and premium landscape care throughout Eastern Massachusetts. We are one of the South Shore’s leading and largest residential landscape firms, known for exceptional quality, professionalism, and long-term client relationships.

We are growing and looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of luxury residential landscape accounts
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular property inspections to monitor landscape quality, plant health, and seasonal needs
• Oversee maintenance crews, garden teams, irrigation techs, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to company standards
• Prepare enhancement proposals, seasonal décor plans, and site improvement recommendations
• Manage schedules, budgets, work orders, and job tracking for assigned properties
• Identify opportunities to improve property aesthetics and services
• Assist with seasonal planning (spring/fall cleanups, snow prep, etc.)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape account management, horticulture, or landscape maintenance
• Experience with high-end residential properties strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of plant health care, pruning, turf care, and seasonal landscape practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
