Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans based on individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to provide ongoing progress updates and support
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and school-based initiatives
• Deliver direct therapy as outlined in IEPs in both individual and group settings
• Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and modifications
• Stay current on best practices and participate in relevant professional development opportunities
