Clinical Services Representative- REMOTE
Job Description
The Clinical Services Representative is responsible for interacting with members, pharmacies or prescribers by providing support and assistance with clinical program inquiries and other administrative functions.
Responsibilities
-
Perform phone, mail and fax functions for the Clinical Program Development department including: Receiving incoming requests for information, conduct outreach, and may facilitate the completion of tasks in partnership with others in the department

Investigate, resolve and document inquiries including Protected Health Information (PHI) disclosures in a timely manner; establish appropriate reporting and tracking procedures for all inquiries and requests

Escalate inquiries or issues to appropriate team member as necessary

Adhere to and reinforce company and department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training guidelines specific to the multi-channel application and HIPAA compliance

Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
-
High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required
-
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy

Strong PC Skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously

Strong attention to accuracy, detail, and quality

Self-motivated, action oriented individual who is able to act independently to meet deadlines

Enhanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a sometimes high-pressure environment

Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
Preferred Qualifications
-
Associate or Bachelor's degree
-
National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT) with pharmacy benefit management experience
-
Contact Center experience
-
Fluency in another language (Spanish)

Potential pay for this position ranges from $19.23 - $28.85 based on experience and skills.
