About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, building client relationships, and continuously learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships

• Gain hands-on experience with trust, estate, and not-for-profit tax returns

• Partner with clients to gather information and clarify tax and accounting issues

• Complete assignments accurately, on time, and in collaboration with the team

• Contribute to process improvements and best practices for the tax department

• Perform general accounting tasks for a variety of clients, frequently using QuickBooks

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 4+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax return preparation

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency with CCH products, QuickBooks, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
