Remote Reservations Support Associate
This position provides remote support to clients by assisting with reservation-related requests, general inquiries, and administrative coordination. The role focuses on organization, communication, and following established procedures while working independently. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured responsibilities, consistent processes, and client interaction. Training and ongoing resources are provided, allowing individuals without prior industry experience to perform effectively and confidently. Clear guidelines and support systems are in place to ensure consistency and success.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include assisting with reservation support, providing timely and accurate communication, organizing and updating client information, completing required training, and adhering to procedures and timelines.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort working remotely, reliable technology access, and prior customer service experience are preferred.
