Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant – $22/hour
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Type: Contract only

Looking to bring your bilingual skills and administrative expertise to a fast-paced office environment? BGSF is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish Administrative) Assistant for a contract assignment in Boston. This is a great opportunity to support a property management team and make a meaningful impact.
Job Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to office and property staff
- Translate documents and assist Spanish-speaking residents
- Answer phones, manage calendars, and schedule appointments
- Maintain organized files and records
- Assist with resident communications and office coordination
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Previous administrative experience in a property management or office setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Weekly pay
