Remote After-Hours Scheduling Coordinator (HHA/CNA)
Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Boston is seeking a dedicated After-Hours Scheduling Coordinator & On-Call Home Health Aide to ensure seamless caregiver and client support outside of standard hours and throughout the weekend. This role requires a customer service-oriented individual with clerical skills and prior experience as an HHA/CNA.
Ideal candidates have experience providing phone support and managing off-hours scheduling needs in a senior care environment.
