LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for their Lee, MA , location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.

This position would be ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a desire to contribute to a growing company with a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems
• EPA – Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record
