Campus Recruiter
Overview
An international economics consulting firm is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join its Boston office.
As a member of the Health Care recruiting team, the Campus Recruiter will collaborate on recruiting and hiring efforts for undergraduate and graduate candidates into full time and internship positions. The Campus Recruiter will consult with staff at all levels and provide hands-on support to the firm’s HEOR, Epidemiology, and Market Access practice. In addition to full life cycle recruiting, this individual will also assist in the implementation of recruiting strategies and continue to build AG’s reputation as a top employer.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the recruiting team and consultants to design and drive a successful recruiting strategy.
- Exercise excellent stakeholder management and act as the primary point of contact for candidates, university career services, and internal consultants.
- Build the candidate pipeline through the organization and execution of on-campus and virtual events to meet full-time and intern hiring targets.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS & Yello) and train stakeholders on use of the system for application review, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback.
- Facilitate interview debrief meetings and advise on offer decisions.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all candidate communications.
- Assist with the planning and execution of the summer internship program.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including start date selection and background checks for full-time and intern candidates.
- Propose and implement enhancements to the campus recruitment strategy and process.
- General administration and project support when needed, examples such as data analysis, process improvement, and applicant tracking system updates.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A minimum of 3 years of substantive relevant experience required.
- An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of campus recruiting experience.
- Prior experience conducting high volume recruiting in a professional services firm preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to bring new ideas to the recruiting function.
- Team player, willingness to assist the recruiting and HR team when needed.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and work on multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and be flexible to respond to shifting demands.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and university recruiting software (iCIMS, Yello & Handshake experience a plus).
- Strong Microsoft Office capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Outlook) required.

Company Benefits
The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000–$100,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus that is determined in large part by individual performance.
