Travel Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences, desired destinations, and travel needs.

• Research and recommend all-inclusive resorts, cruise packages, and destination experiences.

• Coordinate all aspects of client travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transfers, and excursions.

• Manage booking confirmations, travel documents, and itinerary updates.

• Provide accurate, timely information about travel policies, destination requirements, and resort amenities.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

• Stay current with travel trends, resort updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests efficiently.

• Comfortable with computer systems and eager to learn travel booking software (training provided).
