REDS KITCHEN is looking to hire an experienced cook with strong work ethics to help set and maintain a high standard of cuisine and professionalism. This person will be exposed to our Wedding Catering, Food Truck and Sandwich Shop units. Applicants will be asked to work all locations based on scheduling needs. Bar Tending Shifts available to those with interest in additional hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• FOOD PRODUCTION (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces, etc.)

• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

• Answer, report to and follow chef’s instructions

• Ensure cleanliness of all operations.

• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Applicants should demonstrate a passion for cleanliness and hospitality.

Ideal applicants will also show that they work well with others and support positive teamwork within the kitchen.

Two or more years of line experience is preferred.

Ideal applicants will possess a strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.

Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs. to bring in product, stock shelves, and dispose of trash as needed.
