A Company that is dedicated to upholding their core values is currently seeking a HVAC and Facility Technician for a permanent position based in Norwood, MA.

Responsibilities of HVAC and Facility Technician:

-Trouble shoot HVAC, facility support systems, equipment controls, VFD’s, and Actuators

-Perform maintenance on HVAC and facility support systems

-Identify and repair defects or problems with equipment

-Change PM and filters for support equipment

-Repair industrial automation equipment

-Perform general facility maintenance including painting, drywall repair and installing additions and upgrades

-Enter, track, and manage work orders and PMs in system

-Complete regular safety checks

-Purchase refrigeration, HVAC parts, and equipment under HVAC license as needed

-Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements of HVAC and Facility Technician

-3-5 years industrial HVAC experience

-Active MA Refrigeration Technician License required

-willing to travel to other company facilities in RI and MA

-Mechanically inclined

-Knowledgeable of HVAC, facility support systems, BMS systems

-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

-Great computer skills including Microsoft Office Software

-Superior attention to detail and organizational skills

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $80,000-$100,000/year
