Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director or Senior Tax Manager to join a growing public accounting firm in Springfield, MA . This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned tax professional looking to take on a leadership role, work with sophisticated clients, and contribute to the long-term growth of the firm.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience serving Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and families, along with expertise in business entity taxation. This position offers a potential long-term leadership path, with the opportunity to grow into a partnership role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and advise Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and families on complex tax matters.
• Provide tax planning, compliance, and consulting services.
• Work with business entities including:
• • Partnerships
  • S Corporations
  • Closely held businesses
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional client service.
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's continued growth.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic client planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• Significant public accounting experience at the Senior Manager or Director level.
• Extensive experience with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
• Strong knowledge of partnership and S corporation taxation.
• Experience advising privately held businesses and their owners.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with larger regional or national accounting firms is highly preferred.
