**Job Title: Picker and Packer** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Picker and Packer for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing boxes according to a specified packing list and box size. You will work at a packing station, packing products into boxes, weighing them, taping and labeling them, and placing them onto pallets for shipment. You will rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing throughout the day to ensure a varied work experience. **Responsibilities** + Pack boxes according to packing list and box size. + Weigh, tape, and label boxes. + Place boxes onto pallets for shipment. + Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work well with others. + Ideally 6 months of warehouse, picking, or packing experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good communication skills. + Safety conscious. + Ability to follow written work instructions in English. + Must pass a safety test after watching a safety video. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy long-term employment opportunities with great benefits in a supportive and team-oriented environment. **Work Environment** The work environment is very nice and team-oriented. You may need steel-toed boots, eye protection, and hearing protection, depending on the work environment and building. Eye protection and hearing protection will be provided **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
