Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as part or full time Law Clerk. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in various administrative and legal tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.

Responsibilities:

• Scanning Mail: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and organizing documents for digital records.
• Drafting Motions: Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including drafting motions, pleadings, and correspondence, while adhering to established legal formats and procedures.
• Managing Attorney's Calendars: Maintain and organize attorneys' schedules, appointments, and court appearances. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure effective time management.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management to contribute to the overall efficiency of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant legal studies preferred.
• Previous experience as a law clerk or in a legal support role is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Active Notary Public license in the Commonwealth.
• Must be proficient with Apple / Mac products.
