**Qualifications:** - Proven experience in preparing and implementing estimate plans for construction projects.- Strong proficiency in reviewing take-off conditions and providing analytical insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on speed and accuracy in take-offs.
- Ability to manage initial interactions with subcontractors and equipment vendors effectively.
- Skilled in analyzing scope changes to maximize project profit potential.
- Experience in developing and executing take-off procedures for non-standard work scopes.
- Strong communication skills for conveying project information across management and vendor groups.
- Quick decision-making abilities in dynamic project environments.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates before final bidding stages.
